Enjoy!
Don't forget to sample at least $1,000 of fine scotches.
And the shoe polish machine in the bathroom.
And getting any clothes pressed.
Getting pictures of the Porsche up close to the plane.
Etc...

if I have a business class ticket tlv-fra-jfk on LH using CO miles. can I change it to First without paying a change penalty of $150? It is more than 21 days in advance.

I think the fee is only for changing origin and destination but I'm not sure.
But keep in mind, if you do change to F you'll have to pay the miles required for a F ticket even if don't fly all the legs in F.

True.  I would guess you would have to redeposit and pay the fee ($75 for non-elites) unless you get a very sympathetic agent.

Although recently I have *heard* that even within 21 days they didn't charge. Although obviously YMMV.

Nope, there is no charge for change of Class. I've done it many times and have never been charged

And for those who don't know, this is a recent thing that CO can simply take more miles out of your account if you want to change service, as opposed to cx'ing and re-issuing. I think it started March 15th of this year.
