lounge club lets the main holder bring 2 guests in... or if its a closed ink card then its virtually unlimited.. Good luck getting a favor in FRA.
Also, I would not recommend you go to the lounge outside of security.. dont remember the name offhand. its an unnecessary PITA to come back in.
Does the Ink card have to be in the passengers name or can it be a family members?

depends if they look & match up the lounge card to the boarding pass. YMMV. Usually in these countries where they are straight as a broomstick they do check. In the US where some desk check in employees are lazy they dont look.

Ok. So let me see if I can be added as an AU to family members account. Do you know LH number to call for kosher food in their lounge?

The lounge club with chase ink partnership is over. too late now.. only if you ordered the card a few months ago is it still valid..

Got it. Thanks.

Where would I find out how to purchase an entrance to the lounge in advance?

so I have the one time United passes. Currently in jfk and Lufthansa said that they will not allow a united one time pass. I called Lufthansa prior to my flight and they said that I can use a United pass. I have a stopover in Germany. How can I get them to accept my United one time pass at the lounge in Germany?

You can only use UA passes in UA lounges, not partner lounges.

If i arrive with LH F and depart with LH J same day, do i get FCT access?  Don't think so
Yes, you would get FCT access if you are arriving on LH F.
