So I feel bad that I didn't check out the B22 lounge because the agents in the FCT actually told me over there is BIGGER and they have a SPA! I don't know if there is a complimentary restaurant like in the FCT (although that wouldn't interest too many of us) and the main thing is that from there you don't get driven to the plane ;)
Do you know if the spa in the fcl (in b22) if its complimentary, or anything in the spa costs gelt?....

Spas in FCLs are generally free.
Qantas has an amazing spa with free treatments in the MEL and SYD FCLs.

Was not free btw, so you were wrong in this case. I do remember that BA does a message complimentary, but nothing free with LH in FRA.

That's pretty crappy.  Never heard of anyone else charging for spa treatments in an FCL (BA, QF, and TG def. all offer free treatments).
What did they charge for a massage for a F passenger?

And for those who don't know, this is a recent thing that CO can simply take more miles out of your account if you want to change service, as opposed to cx'ing and re-issuing. I think it started March 15th of this year.
Started a bit earlier than that, as I changed my economy CO reward ticket to business on March 9. No fees, no hassle.

I've got an 11 hour layover in FRA, should I assume my LH flight to TLV will depart from a high number B-gate?

@sawlw: their must be some lounges that you can get it with the amex plat, however, those lounges are usually the worst one from the airport, and in FRA, after walking 45 mins just to get there, you will be fuming...  Save yourself the aggravation, and shop around in the duty free.

The massages in FRA and MUC FCL cost a whopping €1 per minute...

Can someone please explain, exactly  who  is eligible to enter this really cool sounding FCT?

Do you have to be flying A. in first class, B. on Lufthansa?  What if your flying in Biz?

Also, this ordering Kosher food to enjoy in the lounge, can someone please explain, who exactly is eligible for that?

Do you also have to be flying in A. first class B. on Lufthansa?  What if your flying in Biz?

Reading through this thread I'm really not in the clear.

Thanks in advance!

IDK if it helps, but I do have a Plat. (=priority pass)..

Even El Al started offering it for free: http://www.elal.co.il/ELAL/English/AllAboutYourFlight/AtTheAirport/KingDavidLounge/LoungSpa171207.htm

Maybe they are trying to compete with the other Middle Eastern carriers :)

Flying F same day on LH/LX.

Arriving in LH F and continuing on LH/LX/OS/EN will also gain access.

Does the same answer also to the above question?

My grandfather is flying Lufthansa First class with a 4 hour stopover. I want him to be able to try out the First class lounge everyone raves about.
What's the difference between the First class lounge and the first class terminal? Is the FCL in the FCT?

He has no problem making the walk but can someone give me turn by turn simple instructions on how to get there?

TIA
