there are no debates about this , uzis is best forsure and halo teymon is best shwarma . miros is preety good too but no uzis
you must be a brisker.  Miros is better, also american shwarma is better then anywhere and halo teiman is way past they're prime unless your talking about the one by bnei brak which is still good

Best place in town IMHO you can take it to the park a bit further up on king george to eat it instead of the tables on the sidewalk

Any fans of Tov Li's falafel? Or am I all alone on this one?

It is very different from Israeli falafel, but really good.

marvad haksamim on emek refaim has great falafel...there is another off the beaten track not many people know about on bar ilan opposite the fruit/vegetable store called ya ya falafel. Try it.

As far as YVR, zaatar takes the prize for service and their dishes - made from scratch - but i think the falafel itself (just the falafel) is better at sabra's..there is another place falafel plus in downtown that gets an honorable mention as well and you can usually get a groupon now deal...

+1! But although miros falafel is way better I try to go to Uzi from time to time because he's a nice man and u get to see the way he interacts with the whole neighborhood especially the little kids who come in. And something funny always happens when I'm there.just the other day a bus stops on yeshayahu blocking traffic while he screams his order in.Uzi fills up a falafel and sends it out with a drink and then the ferd who inhaled his sandwich by that red light refused to pay so there was ruckus and finally someone ran onto the bus and just took$$ from the register

I've been to a lot of falafel joints, but benni falafel in antwerp is the best so far IMHO.
Note: I focus on pita, humus and balls, not other salads.

This Zaatar in YVR, had falafel balls with too much of a zaatar flavor.

I agree only if you are living in Israel and in CHUL for a short stay. However I get these cravings at least once a week for a falafel, and I try different places, and am always left disappointed.
