Just Wanted The Guys To Know, I Called up Amex to complain about not receiving the 30,000 point offer for the spg card( I signed up for the card last year when it was the typical 25,000). Ludicrous? The first agent I spoke to thought that.I then called again and got 2500 starpoints in compensation.
