I got a ticket for parking in a "no parking anytime" but also had a street cleaning sign. I parked there b/c street cleaning was suspended. They made a mistake on my ticket. They wrote the wrong color of my car on the ticket. Do I have any chance of winning this case?

I got a parking ticket and forgot about it, I just got the bill and there are large penalties along with it.

Any way to negotiate?
