BA Award Change / Cancellation Fees

Does anyone have a link to their policy?

I know they have a 24 hour free cancellation policy
NOTE: This is only if the Executive Club office from which you booked the ticket is still open when you want to cancel OR if the itnerary is cancellable online (not all are).

I don't have a link handy, but I've read it on their website. Though I find BA frustrating since you can sometimes cancel and just sacrifice the taxes/fees (very low for US domestic on AA). Their website seems to randomly show that option which is not written in the policy. And if it doesn't show it, you need to call and they charge $65 ($40 cancellation fee + $25 phone fee).

So it's $0 to cancel online (if it's there) and $40 on the phone (but they give back the taxes then)?

if i have an BA avios RT ticket booked and already flew one way, can i change the departure time for the return to a later time on the same day? cost?

its a domestic flight on AA.

recently my brother needed to change his award ticket so he called BA and they said to call AA and AA said to call BA so after playing some HUCA AA finally changed the flight for free

Very interesting... I just tried to change a BA reservation through AA they said there's nothing they can do and BA wanted a $40 change fee (not too bad). In the end because there was an option online to cancel for free, just forfeit my tax which was only $2.50, and receive the miles back, I did that and just booked a new flight...

indeed interesting, how many times did you HUCA AA?
