Best way to file complaint with SPG?

I stayed Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday in the Sheraton Denver Tech and am not satisfied. Sunday night the AC would not cycle properly and it was too cold so I had to pull out the plug. I then woke up later feeling to warm. And Wed. morning the shower was cold. Is it too late to file a complaint? Whats best way to do that? I did mention both issues to the desk. Also, I was staying as cash & points.
I am sometimes accused of overthinking things. I am still mulling over whether that accusation has merit.

Not too late.  Just call SPG and they will open a case and officialy look into it and probabaly credit you back 1 nights worth

I sent a msg through site for AC problem. They responded that they will give me 2000 points. The stay was 1600 points and $30. Not bad. I plan on filing a seperate complaint about the cold water on Wednesday, which they hopefully will give credit as well.
