Correct. All Dell did was create a label that had a "estimated" delivery date of 11/28 but Fedex never actually received the item.

I bought a computer from best buy one day later I saw the dell computer so I bought it, once I saw that the dell computer quote and quote shipped, I went and refused the best buy computer, now that my Dell computer isn't coming, is there a way to get back the computer from best buy after refusing the order? Can I tell them that I never refused the order? Or another idea what to say?

From my extensive experience with Dell, if they ship the item or even list it as shipped you will most likely receive it.

They probably sent it out but was delayed because of thanksgiving

You can sometimes convince them that it was canceled due to credit card error...

FEDEX answered me last week this

everyone talk mostly about laptop deals. I could use some help please on desktop deals!

Looking for basic computer for home use. No designing or gaming just basic surfing, some microsoft office use, streaming sports games and shutterfly. any recommendations?
As far as monitors go, I am zooming in on the Dell that was on DDMS last week. might go for similar priced Acer

thank you, maybe i'm overthinking this but the reviews aren't great and i read somewhere that is an "office computer" not sure how that defers from a home one...
of course if i go with this one i will use the link on DDMS:) how does this compare with the Hp pavilion on sale on best buy ?

Did you read the reviews? There's only one which is really troubling... I ordered one, so I should have my own opinion in a few days...
