Best deal for a loaded Windows 7 Desktop now?

XPS 8700SE is $1,099 with a 4th gen Core i7/1.5GB Geforce 660/16GB RAM/2TB+32GB SSD.
Anything better out there?

Not a great deal. That system was recently available for 925 or 950.

The Geforce 660 is basically the highest I'd go with the XPS, btw. Its power supply can't handle much more.

So what's your recco for a high-end desktop that can handle obscene amounts of tabs?

I'm a big proponent of buying base system and adding as needed. For example the Dell XPS 8700 (that's now $720) that was available earlier this week for $620 - upgrade to max Ram + 128GB SSD and you're good to go. (I can still get them for that price if you need one).
Same with Optiplex 7010 - was available for $599 with i7 - add max ram (32GB) + SSD and you're in business for much cheaper than $1000
