Someone to take over my lease

I appologize if this should be posted somehwere else, or if this has been posted about already (I did try to do a search).

I have a 2011 Camry basic model, that has about 10-11 months of its lease left. I am looking to get rid of it around Rosh Hashana time. I pay $170/month and it has bout 19K miles left to be used. I am going to get all damage fixed soon.

Is anyone interested in taking it over?

I may be interested, how do the details work out ? will it be transferred to my name? I'm applying for a mortgage now so I don't want the payments on my credit report.
