you can give a fake name when you pay with your cc, they cannot check the name. only the house number and zip code have to match, not the street name or persons name

if you send a paypal payment from an existing paypal account that might give away your name.. if your just using the paypal checkout form with new info that would work

Try other pre-paid gift cards that don't have any names on it. Go into your local pharmacy or supermarket, they should have a nice selection of pre-paid gift cards.

You can easily test these bill pays by sending them to yourself. IIRC my Key bill pay didn't have my info on it.
