I have my 10 year anniversary coming up I want to plan a little getaway. Obviously I wan to try to do this on as much points as possible. Here is my point breakdown:

60k in UR 60k in MR and 40k in SPG

Idealy I want to stay in the US but will listen to other possibilities (europe etc.). I am new to this points to miles thing so I was wondering what I can get for this and the best way to do it.

Jan-feb. Pref somewhere warmish. We are not big beach people. Btw i have spg gold and hyatt diamond ( though it will be platinum soon) with suite upgrades.

Definitely quieter type people (museums rather than roller coasters, although thats mostly on the wife side).

Would love if it was a city with kosher food options. But not a deal breaker.

My real question is how best to use the points. The spg i guess would be used for hotel, or am I better with my hyatt plat and suite awards converting points from mr? Or do I convert MR for the flights? Or is 60k in UR enough?

IDK about those q's but whatever you do, I think you should mention that it's your anniversary and maybe they can give you an upgrade or something.

Yeah I thought of that, but we were there already and not that special.
Perhaps somewhere outside LA within driving distance, I do want to go the Herzog Winery.

I'd use the MR points for tickets to LA. Use the SPG for hotel stay. Save your UR points for later!

As was mentioned, Grand Canyon is unbelievably amazing, a must-see, if you have never been there yet.

~9 hours nonstop from NYC, tons of excellent kosher restaurants that are dirt cheap, dirt cheap taxis to get around, an excellent Park Hyatt with incredible suites, and best of all it's summertime!

Wow, maybe I should be rethinking my Aruba vacation in late september and do BA instead?
