I got to play with the 5S yesterday. The touch ID really works well, and it's easy to set up. I read many bloggers like anandtech, allthingsd, and more, stating that the touch ID feature is better than they originally thought it'd be.

iOS 7 is a really nice upgrade for the iOS. The pop up toggles was way over due but done nicely now that it's here. The notification center on first look seemed to be crowded, though i didn't really use it too much to see how it performs. The biggest issue I had was closing apps by swiping up; it felt like you needed the right angle for it swipe up and away, when you don't really wanna consciously think how your swiping.

Is it reasonable that the I5 is $99 same as the I5C? Will the price of the I5 drop more?

I think iPhone 5 is worth more (better build quality) than the 5c but the specs are a tiny drop better for the 5c. AFAIK, Apple doesn't sell the 5 anymore so you can only compare the resellers.

In some ways yes, others, no. It's a bigger battery, but with a much more powerful processor.

sorry for the delay.

i got the 5s 32gb (i didnt pay for it)

i believe this restore backup is a complete farce. it messed up my iphone. i had to restore and just put the pics on manually. (which is able to be done via my computer) the battery didnt seem to last to long in comparison to the 4s, and the 5. i left today at 8 am at 100% by 2 pm i was down to 15%. i used it normally for the most part=.

Is it true that the 5 is no longer sold or serviced by apple? Is this a reason not to get it?

I understand it's not sold by apple, but it definitely will still be serviced by apple.

i had the 5s for 3 weeks, i dont like it. something about it, i liked the 5 better. (i know have a 5s 32gb for sale in israel, as well as a 5c green 16gb)

Do you mean the software? Or the actual physical product?

the physical product is ugly in comparison. its not as sleek as the 5 which was just one color, or more or less one color.

second ios7 is horrible. its a take on droid, which is the reason why i dont have a droid!

I don't love the new software design either. Though some of the added features seem nice. And I agree that the iphone 5 looks nicer.
You're probably better off anyways. The 5S can be sold for more and you can stick with your 5.

my 5 was fried... so i was forced to get a new 32gb black 5s bec verizon gave me 300$ for trade in.

but i had a buyer at 4k shekel, but i didnt wanna work with him... so i have 2 phones here waiting to be sold 10% for anyone who sells it for 4k or over.

im thinking of getting an s4 for 500 is that a good deal?

Not a great one. Not bad for Israel. Do you like the s4 software?

I'm using an HTC incredible 2 for the past two days. Is very buggy and is to cluttered. The iPhone just had that simple look.

But I'm willing to try a new phone.

Try an HTC One. I think it's less cluttered looking than the Galaxy s4. Unless you want the extra storage and removable battery.
Or if you want something smaller maybe consider a Moto X.

I don't Davidka has anything for well priced. I might try the 5c. Otherwise I'm sick with what's available to me.
