Thanks! I will! Well for now, it feels so weird because I have had iphones since the first one and they were all about the same weight and size. Now it is completely different... lighter, taller, so I am not yet used to it (and scared to drop it every second!), but it definitely feels awesome.

I hope that you are aware that the phone that you are not going to open has a nano sim card with your phone number on it...

What does that mean? I called Sprint to ask if I had to do anything to remove the phone from my acct. She said no. The same thing happened last time and it worked out fine.

The phones usually all ship with a nano sim inside of them... If you don't deactivate the sim card, or if you don't activate a new one that surpasses the one in that phone, the person you are selling the phone to will be able to use it...

Don't always believe what the news tell you... As quoted in their article:

unlocked versions of the iphone 5 are not being sold yet...

No. Any sim from the same carrier as you would do it.

I know it has a Sim Card but is the sim attached to my number? Or can I leave it in there when selling?

When you purchase the phones (whether apple or the carrier's store) they ask you for your phone number to upgrade or to give you a new one when creating a new line... that's how they ship the phones with the sim card already linked to your phone, and inserted in the sim card tray... and that's why you only need to turn it on and it will activate and be ready for use.
