got the paper today
on the receipt it says that visa gift card is coming separate, but it lists a charge of 41 something
on pending charges it has $41.xx even though i got the xerox paper

You always have to pay tax when the store has a physical location in your state!

This happens with any store you order from online.

Anyone know if the Debit Card can be emptied at an ATM? It doesn't have a pin code.

Edit: I called Giftcardmall (who issued the card) they said it can't be used at an ATM or Bank.

I was charged 2 separate charges of $45.72 for the case of paper (nyc/tax) and $64.96 for the visa gift card. Total = $110.68

i rejected the case of paper and had them return it to staples, they processed a refund of $45.72 back to my CC.

the total outcome is a $100 visa gift card for $64.96

Received the Gift card yesterday.
