What's wrong with Barbuda? IOW, if what you're looking for is emptiness then why not go there?

Gotcha. Nevis makes the list for emptiness, as does Jost Van Dyke and Saba - just including ones I've been to. There are literally thousands of islands in the Caribbean and some have no inhabitants. You really might want to think of adding criteria other than emptiness.

Has to be worth going to :)
Needs electricity and water, and a place to rent with a kitchen.
I'm looking for a place that makes you feel like you're in middle of nowhere- the last people on earth.  But unlike Hawaii where you have to go to specific areas to feel that, if you can at all, I want somewhere that it's pretty much like that everywhere-I guess besides the small village/city or two that the island will inevitably have.

OK check out the 4 I listed and see if you like. If not, I've heard similar things about some of the satellite islands of T&C and other BVI (aside from JVD) but not been there myself.

What are the options for a weekend getaway? I'm looking for:
1) a place with a Minyan on Shabbos
2) a points hotel within walking distance to said Shul (pref. low cat-Hyatt/Marriott to use a cert.)
3) if possible, a Chabad that makes meals
4) it's a holiday weekend, so I imagine every place is busy, but if there's one that tends to be less busy on big weekends, that would be nice to know too

Yes, specifically St. Thomas in the USVI. Also is Costa Rica similar? Or not at nice as St. Thomas?

Doesn't look like either has a low cat-Hyatt or Marriott nearby. Suggestions for a points hotel?

Curacao! If you can get there on your dates. Nice frum community with a shul (separate from the famous old shul, which is Reform). Best bet is use Aruba as a gateway since there are more flights, and then puddle jump.

It won't be busy,.

Thanks, and @Yehuda - there's a new Hyatt House in San Juan. 8k per night. Not real fancy, but nice.

Any cheaper points hotels near the shuls in those communities? I'm not finding any.
