St Martin, SXM for Westin Hotel shows no availability after December 20, 2014
2 reps on the phone says sold out?? Anyone have experience if they open up rooms?
It's hard to imagine it's sold out for December. Likely they didn't open inventory yet.

I am thinking of going to GCM in June (2 nights). SPG has a hotel there that looks nice and i could use spg points (already booked). I would fly into FLL (Southwest) and then take a taxi/shuttle to MIA and then fly to GCM (Avios). It seems like the best flight option for me. SXM and othe places seems very difficult to get to with respect to flights or don't have nice reasonably priced hotel options.
Any thoughts?

anyone have ideas on a warm place to go in January (without kids) for a week? would be paying cash (no points to redeem) and looking to spend in the $400 range pp for a flight from NYC, otherwise would fly to Hawaii ($600-700)

Our preferred choices all have shabbos minyan/ kosher food --- puerto rico; st thomas, VI ; dominican republic; caymen islands; jamaica; cancun.

We are open to other suggestions as well, except for: st maarten, aruba, hawaii, FL and California.

good choice except no Shabbos minyan, and is too pricey for me. looking to spend max around $400 pp from NYC. would go to HAwaii otherwise.

Belize is very cheap once you get there.

Stay on Caye Caulker.

Another vote for the cruise here, though will be very expensive if you do it the right way with Kosherica.
