Not sure if this is the best place to ask this, but deciding between Budapest, Vienna & Prague, which place would be the best base for a few days of touring, in terms of Kosher food/hotels, pricing, things to do... You wrote you spent a lot of time in Prague, what would you recommend as the highlights?

Those are all great options. You have to choose what you really want.
You mentioned 3 things.
Price, go to Budapest.
Food, go to Vienna.
Touring base, go to Prague.
