i booked flights with united miles, and was told that because im paying fees with united cc il get two free bags. tried online check in got only one free bag, i called, they told me to do it in airport, so i tried by kiosk and still only one free bag, so the united guy told me to go to costumer service which denied even the first free checked bag, paid (cause it was late). on the way home i checked in online took the free one (didnt want to take any chances). i sent an email to united cs back and forth they told me that there is a difference between a mastercard and visa, they told me they can only give me a united voucher for the amount i paid because the card was an original master card chase continental. does it make any sense?
