BTW it seems that he really does use caps for everything, look at his profile info and username they are all in caps.
Most people who type in all caps do it usually because their primary software in their office needs to be in caps (many of the inventory programs require caps) so they find it annoying to switch back and forth when writing a quick email or chat.
The problem is that they get so used to all caps that they can't understand why such a thing annoys most people.
