nice. Thanks for the advise, especially after america is blocking checks from outside of america now
TD bank also haves free ATM's, with the account that you have to keep 2.5K.

I think you need 30million invested with Chase.
If you have that, you don't belong on this website

The $30 million threshold refers to the average amount of investments members of the Chase Private Bank have with Chase. This is a higher level, and supposedly, a different bank, from Chase Private Client. The minimum is $5 million, though they make allowances, of course.

Thus far, I haven't figured out the great benefits.

Where did you get that from??

"Just who qualifies as mass affluent varies by bank, with JPMorgan Chase’s minimum for Private Client accounts generally at $500,000, although executives say customers with less can also qualify.

that's really interesting... I have not even 100,000 in chase and never have, but yet I am a private client. When I went into a bank to deposit my wedding gifts/ checks, they told me that I would be a private client. How is this so?

Maybe they offer it also if one has a lot of cash flow? Because that would be true in my case... Is this possible?

Do they charge for it? If not I should ask about it...

I don't think that was the case, unless he has a side business that I'm unaware of.

Ally Bank has free Atm withdrawals from any Atm in the us. They also refund the fee that the ATM charges (up to a couple of times a month). It's an online only bank, so it might not work for some people...

I am getting this benefit by keeping $2500 in TD Bank.

Does the $2500 have to be there constantly or do they average your balance over a month?

The $2500 is just to waive the fee, the ATM fees are waived anyway when you have that type of checking account.  You have to keep the $2500 constantly, otherwise you will get hit with the monthly account fee, which I think is $25.

If any of you are in SF, I recommend SF Fire CU.

No minimum deposit, no fees, no FTF, no ATM fees for 12 withdrawals anywhere in the world + free quarterly Experian FICO.

You don't get a shiny CPC debit card, but it's probably the best bank I have used in the US.

My banker told me that I needed to keep a minimum of 30 k in my personal account at all times to discuses becoming a CPC.
I still have no idea what it does for you.

I got CPC because of my father, since then he removed the money from his account, and my mobile check deposit limit went back down to 2k per day.
My emails that I get from chase still say CPC, is there a way for me to find out if I actually still have status?
