I use a service called Rebtel- pretty amazing prices:

.9 cents a minute to landline
5.9 cents a minute to cellphone

You have an online directory where you add all your israeli numbers and rebtel gives you an american number to call for each. I have been using them for 3 years and they are great!

I use Pingo 3.5cents to a cellphone (most important if you are calling your son in yeshiva) and they give you a $10 bonus if you start with $20 in the account.. If its a married couple and they have internet, just get them a majicjack.
