I was there 3 weeks ago.

Awafi is open, very good food.
I went to Aniba but didn’t enjoy, feels very goyish.
Food is Asian, I went out hungry.
Cocktails were very good.

There’s a new falafel place that’s very good.

Thank you.

Is the falafel place in the jewish compound on Waterloo?  Assume kosher CBTL is no longer...

All kosher options have the same hashgacha from Chabad.

I expect to be in Singapore from early Friday AM to Sunday night in Oct (business trip). I have a few questions that I have not been able to see answers to in this forum. Many answers are 5+ years old and are likely out of date. I would like to be near the shul. Tourist attractions are nice, but not my main concern.
1.   What hotels are there near the shul that Shabbos friendly (I do not need anything fancy - as long as it is not a dive)? A few options would be nice.
2.   Does the shul have meals available (on-site) for Shabbos?
3.   What about breakfast / lunch on erev Shabbos, and meals on Sunday?
4.   Based on guidebooks, there are limited things to do there. Anything that the guides get wrong and are worth skipping?
5.   How long is a taxi ride from the shul area to the airport? Is the SIN airport a stickler for arriving early before the flight?
6.   Any general tips would be appreciated.
Thanks

Some answers should be in my DDMS TR.

1. We recently stayed at the Andaz but not over shabbos.  It's a 10-ish minute walk to the shul.
3. There is a kosher falafel store, also not too far from Andaz called Pita Balery.  Also a relatively new, higher-end, dairy place by Meir Adoni called Aniba.  Place had a really nice vibe, food was different and good, but was $$$.
5. About 25-30 minutes.
6. Did a bike tour which was nice bc you'll see the major spots, visited the Marina Bay Sands, went up to observation deck , Merlion Park was eh, Supertree Observatory, Gardens by the Bay, Jewel at SIN was different and unique.
