Hyatt FFN
« on: March 31, 2010, 02:45:14 PM »
Does anyone know if you can book two different Hyatts on the same day and get credit for both?

Also, if you are staying at a Hyatt for 3 days, can you check out and check back in everyday and get 3 stays?

Thanks in advance.

Is there any tips/tricks to use the Diamond suite upgrades?  It seems like these can be used only on paid nights.  I was wondering if anyone has tried to book say a 4 night stay with 3 FFN and 1 paid night and try to get the full 4 nights upgraded?  It seems like these can be only used on paid rooms and most of the places where I would use try and get upgrades the rooms are $300+ and it would make more sense to use FFN so my suite upgrades will never be used.

Yes you can receive credit for two Hyatt stays in 2 different Hyatts on the same day. I know this because I did it back in October. The Hyatts were in two separate regions of the country.
Both posted without me even having to ask.

Regarding your 2nd question: No you can't. The only way I can see around that is if a different GoldPassport member (i.e wife or business partner) has the reservation for each alternate night. Of course to effectively do this, it may be necessary to move rooms....Otherwise the hotel will likely credit all nights as a single stay

Which property are you looking for a suite upgrade at?

Currently confirmed upgrades are only good for paid nights.
When they release their credit card it will include upgrades that work on award nights as well.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

No official word, but I'd guess within the next few months.
