1 - go to http://www.flybmi.com/bmi/en-us/index.aspx
2 - click the car hire tab (takes you to their hertz portal
3 - enter pick up location and select a saturday or a sunday, 24 hour rental
3 - Ensure you select USA for country of residence (thanks for the tip fruitdog69)
4 - click "I'm a # 1 gold club member"click here
5 - The CDP # should be prepopulated with 650798. In the "promotion coupon" field enter coupon 121365. You might be able to enter your own gold card # to earn points (if you are not a gold club member you can join for FREE here
6 - Leave everything else as is, and click "get quote"

You should be able to get cars for $6 for a chevy malibu, or even $4 for a Hyandai accent.... for one day. Book with a credit card to use their free insurance.

Finding a promo for extra miles with a frequent flyer program, might make it worthwhile renting, even if not needing the car.

Like where do you get a promo like that?? i need a car for a day anyway... they want to charge me like $50

You misunderstood me, I meant that if there is a promo of an airline with hertz that gives, say 2000 miles per rental, you might want to rent, even if you don't need a car, just for the miles.
