@ ozi, don't know, but it might be an advantage, if second eTix is made to start Sunday, you can have more than 24h stop, if changing just this eTix.

I had a few stops over 24 hours.

@ozi, there's a premium terminal, for biz/f, they take by bus from there to the plane. The bus is actually very crowded.

As arriving F, I was driven to the PCT by BMW 7.

There is a bus for the biz (I was actually first, but maybe cuz I arrived very late I was also dropped on it), which looks like those regular airport busses which are wide with low floors, except they just have some 10 sofas to sit on.

What was the point - was this the cheapest way to get home  ??? or just a way to get tons of touring in? You reserved an award ticket in coach and get F because of status?

Thanks for explaining this for the uninitiated  :D

Is it usually a problem when booking a ticket with so many legs to have some stopovers longer than 24 hours??

Yup. What is the point, the shtick of making more stop-overs, being in more airports? I'm with you on that... What else?

Well, as I wrote, I was close to 24h in each.

For me in non-world cities, that's enough to visit the city.

If I like the place, or I missed part, I can come back (and do sometimes).

Experiencing more biz or first class products
See more cities
Enjoy more kosher packaged meals
If they make a mistake or bump you, recoup the cost of the entire trip
Etc
