Reflective belt

I'm looking for a reflective belt that would be good to wear for walking in the darkish streets of Monsey. The cheapest I could find them for was $4+, in Rockland Kosher. Anyone out there have any better ideas?

Town hall? i think town of ramapo used to have free or very cheap reflectors, but don't quote me on that!

Lots of shuls have boxes of them hatzolah and town of Ramapo sponsor them IIRC
