from both personal experience as well as chase reps on numerous occasions it is in fact 60 days!

i even have a direct quote

"Dear Steeveknowsbest,

Thank you for contacting Chase.

Since the annual fee of $95.00 was billed to your account
within 60 days of the date the account was closed, a
refund of the fee will automatically post to your account
within one to two billing cycles.

I appreciate your patience and understanding.

If you have any further questions, please reply using the
Secure Message Center.

Thank you,

Good to hear, last time I had the card they told me 30 days, I have it now again and plan on cancelling before I have to pay the fee.

If the spend was met within the first billing statement (but not to close to the end), then the points should post on your statement i.e. transfer into your SW account. If you want to redeem the points for a GC then you will need to have the CC still open, otherwise you can close the CC and the points will be in your FF account.
