yups. On my spg nonless. I said to the lady, why should i spend another 130 ill just return it and get a new one from bbb

Prob is, im 6k miles away and i think i need it - also i got my UB for 350 so ill return it and then ill have to buy a new one for 790

What do you mean by exchanges?
Please elaborate.

If they don't have my model (i think i have the 2009) what will they give me, a refund? (Meaning i show receipt - i only paid $400 - and they refund me) I'd rather just a new stroller.

I had a problem with my seat for the 2011 uppababy vista which i didn't even purchase from buy buy baby, went in, they never even asked if i bought it there, the guy went and got me a new seat within 30 seconds off the new model and swapped it before even asking his manager. manager said uppababy likes to do this on their own, so technically i should have contacted them already, but since he promised be the seat that was it...

point being, you never know. this is why bbb has the best reputation, their customer service is beyond expectations

i huca's and i said a new ish story played it down and she asked my name and then (the most dreadfull part of a HUCA) she said WAAAAAAIIIIIITTTTT......didnt u call yesterday?! lololol haaahaaa ooopppsss but she bought the story and new one is on its way

done! Drove 25 minutes to a BBB bec there the only ones Taft have it in stock. Plus she said shell take 20% off the price bec of my drive! Whoa thats another 150. So i paid for a brand new stroller 200$ :-)
