I will e mail the receipts later when i et home i just got power back, but dan you have taught me well,

Just left palisades mall BBB i when in with my order shipping receipt that came with my vista and it says mica 699. But on top of the receipt ot says 530 wht i paid she gave me 20 off 699 which is 150 and change Not 530! So i paid after all said and done 380!!

Does anyone know what BBB policy is regarding an uppababy that ORIGINALLY came from BBB but I did not buy it from them directly? Do I need the orig receipt? or can I just say this stroller is from here..........I know you dont need reciepts for other things just wondering if anyone has experience for the BuyBuyBaby store...Thanks!

I went to buybuybaby. After a yr they said they can only call uppababy and see what they can do. They didnt ask me for much info about me other than how to contact me with a response. Hoping they can help me!! Any other ideas or suggestions are appreciated!:)

I feel like a broken record, but go to Bed Bath, their policies are far more liberal!

Sorry Dan, didnt realize you meant Bed Bath vs BuyBuyBaby since its essentially the same store. Do you think Bed bath and beyond can help me even if they dont carry strollers at their location? Thanks again!

My local bed bath, would not accept a car seat return without a reciept from me, they said that its a baby product that is only sold in BBB stores, and if no reciept, must return there. (store manager said that too)

go to a diff one, did u py cash or credit card? if cc then get ur statement, or do you have the shipping label

I think i followed. Did u buy (car seat) it from a bed bath and beyond? And tryba diff store - meaning not every bed bath is exactly the same in terms of keeping the rules some will bend em other wont

Did u go to bed bath or buy buy. Go to bed bath and if u did try a diff ine, im certain it works, some employees are strict on the rules some just rather make a sale and you get more ppl to buy by them bec of there customer service. Pls try another bed bath then
