sky is right. Just file the complaint. That's all Amex wants to see. Make sure you get a receipt or copy of it. I had to send in pics and she couldn't fully tell so she called me and i explained and them she said file a complaint (write one out and screen shot it and fax it in) she said Amex just needs to see the complaint. So all in all i got paid to use the UB 500+ (i feel like a celeb )

They were hesitant to price match because the price difference was $230. In the end they didn't because the item was out of stock at the other store. They did give me 20% off though. Then I went to a different store and they price matched me there (imo it was because the price difference was now only $80 after the 20% off. They did not want to give me an additional 20% off.) I got free shipping as I added it to my baby registry and the stroller is great!

If you don't mind my asking, which BBB did you try to price match it by? Anything in the tri-state area?

It seems to me that they gave him 20% off and then he did the price match. I'd still go with trying to get the 20% after the price match as in reality he never got 20% off the item... Prob a big mess on the receipts...

Tried two stores in the price match. Was unsuccessful unfortunately. I'm the end I did get them to order the carriage in BBB with the 20 percent off coupon. I need the stroller so I just don't have the time to keep trying places. Still a better deal then I would get elsewhere plus their CS is amazing.
