When redeeming Discover cash back for staples gift cards ($20 = $25), it says that the gift cards can only be used in store and not online. Is this true?

I just ordered last week, I assumed they just haven't updated the website, since as of a few months ago they couldn't.

one thing about discover is you can't pay your bill with a credit or debit card you may be able to pay with a bluebird check. (anyone know how they work?)

Next quarter's 5% category is gas. Does Discover categorize 7-11 as Gas, like Visa?

If I use shop discover and use a different cc to purchase item then I get the email that I'm getting the 10% and I return the item before the rewards posts will it not post?
