@ExpertFlyer Voice I hav the Premium service, and I was wondering how you can see the amount of seats available (award) on the flights.
You can't for LY as they pulled the data from GDS.
Yes you still can, EF now gets LY award inventory from other sources.
Yes, you're scraping QF and therefore no longer display how many award seats are available, which is the question I was responding to.
I got that already. Can you add an arrow or a "next seven days" option at the results page instead of having to "refine search" .
Do they show all availability of only what is shown on the QF website?
scraping QF
Can u reply to this?
You can determine the number by doing several searches at different Quantities to see where the Yes/No break happens. Don't give up so easily.
There's no value add in this service. Figuring out the seats, even if takes longer, would make me want to renew.
@ExpertFlyer Voice There's a bug (a few weeks already) on LY seatmap for the 777, that it shows row 21 seats available, despite it being blocked for non-elites and discounted economy tickets. When trying to set up seat alerts for aisle/window, it won't allow if any of those blocked seats are vacant.
Please email customercare with a specific flight example, thanks.
What's the email address please?
is there on the website i can stop auto renew ?
