LX is M&M avail
Would it be possible to indicate which searches are alliance and which are airline searches. There is only 1 option for LX, and it's not clear if it's MM avail or *a. In addion is SQ/LH etc, *a avail or own avail (I know the answer, but it should be indicated)Maybe a star next to the name or something

Emirates recently changed the Business Flex award from I to O class, the Business Saver Award is still D class, make sure you are using the correct one in your search. We have updated ExpertFlyer to reflect the change. In the future if you find a change before we do, please send us an email.
Are you sure about this?3 reps I spoke to today said it's changed to C. While other 2 are saying to O.Any clarification?
Expert Flyer is showing a bunch of availability on First flex which is not coming up online. When I call up Emirates they say they eliminated completely the A class which is First Flex. now it's only Z.Would be extremely disappointing if true. can anyone confirm this?
The mileage calculator still shows 2 levels of redemption for all 3 cabins: http://www.skywards.com/Mileage_Calculator.aspx
See attached screenshot... why does EF insist on showing me 1-stop codeshares, when I specifically select to show only direct/nonstop flights, and to exclude codeshares?!
That is how LY responded to your search query, we can only suggest the search paramaters to the airline in these cases, they can respond however they want. Please send all support questions to customercare@expertflyer.com thanks.
Somehow kayak.com, expedia.com and all big solid search engines know how to filter this, and when choosing direct it wouldn't come up with stops even though "That is how LY responded to your search query".
What is the difference between basic and pro? is it pretty much the capability to do unlimited searchs vs 250 and also to be able to check +-3 days?
if im basically interested in booking award searches from jfk to hkg on cx why would I need premium?
