Set up an alert on a flight, but then when I saw the space and im still waiting for the email that space was found
As we have mentioned before:
- If you have a question about your alert, please email us at customercare@expertflyer.com so we know who you are and can actually look up the alert.
- The alert system checks several times a day at least, but not every second. If you happen to find inventory between alert checks, that's great, but it doesn't mean there are any issues.
- You may have created the alert incorrectly.
- The alerts look at the segment by itself, if your manual search includes multiple segments then married segment logic comes into play.
- Did you run a Quick Check? That will tell you if the system will see the inventory when the next scheduled check occurs.
