we recommend AwardNexus.com as it is also web based and has a free version.
Great service, but you'll need a down payment on a house to actually build a complete trip with ANX.  Wish they had a subscription service like EF/KVS.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

It has an option for unlimited searching, for a specific trip, for a flat rate. That may or may not help.

EF doesn't search for award availability on United, I am looking to fly from NYC to Hawaii in the summer and was wondering if there are any services that can access UA availability.

Only airline websites (such as United.com and Star partners such as ANA.co.jp, Aeroplan and Life Miles) have that data. ANX scrapes the airline websites.

Why does EF still not support CX awards? Being able to set alerts for CX would be reeeeeeealy useful...

The only source for CX award inventory is an airline website such as CX itself or JAL. Some services may screen scrape that data and try to resell it to you, but that's all it is. ExpertFlyer cannot scrape airline data in this way, however we recommend AwardNexus.com as it is also web based and has a free version.
EF, didn't you do the same with UA?  ;) (remember when you were showing LH phantom availability ....because UA did)

Because CX still doesn't make that information public.

Also, one we have your attention, Mr. ExpertFlyer, I'd love to get your professional opinion on this:

Yes, I know it's a GDS issue, and not EF's fault... but if you have any insight on the matter, or perhaps any tips on how to work around the problem so that EF alerts can still be useful for TK, I'd be much obliged. And if not... perhaps consider at least adding TK to the "not supported" list. :P

Please email us with specific search examples. TK has not been an issue and it may be a case of them holding back on partner award inventory. The same class codes would not be used for the saver vs standard award availability, it's likely a typo.

When searching PG, EF is displaying Y and D class for economy in business class award. Well, PG says that their award classes for Y and J are X/Z, and tips?

I wonder if we could share a expert flyer subscription among - say - 5 people. Since the site allows up to 30 active alerts, we could each have 6 active alerts, and pay $2 per month

When searching LX Business, EF is displaying I class, it's showing up on LH website but not on any star alliance website, which is normal for LX.
But why is the expanded availability through LH the same fare class (I class) as the star alliance availability?
