So what you're saying is that one day when we're all old and grey, we'll be telling the youngsters "I remember Sep. 11th like yesterday" and they'll be looking up their <Google inheritor> to find out what that is?
I think 9/11 will always be in the American psyche as the day was always so integral to the reporting (9/11 attack) versus JFK where it was the JFK assassination and not the 11/22 assassination.
Plus 9/11 changed this nation a whole lot more than JFK's assassination. Things like the TSA, Snowden, and tons of other stuff would never come into being without 9/11.
Though it is crazy talking to my younger brother who wasn't even alive on 9/11. Hard to comprehend not living through the horror of that day.
