business swithc from amex for united

Hi:

I would like to figure out how to reaccumulate miles for united.  We used to use amex.  We put on at least 1mm per year but need to figure out if there are better cards for business that will accuumulate and have higher limits.

You can use your amex points to fly United by transferring to Air Canada.

Or a better option would be an ink bold card to be able to transfer to united. or may be worth your while to get united club card, 1.5 miles per dollar spent

where should i start its the farthest thing from correct
1) different banks do have higher spend limits
2)credit worthiness is olso incorrect, because while with one bank they may feel you maxed out on cl another may still give you a cl of 15k
3)if you have a good history with one bank they may be willing to lend you while another not and the list go on

i dont have the ucc but i dont think  you would get a cl of 100k.

Of course it might differentiate by bank, and the persona relations you have with them, but still not by type of card under any certain bank.
and its very hard to point on any certain bank that, in general, gives higher limits than another.

Do MR transfer 1:1 to Air Canada and then can book UA metal only or any other partners  in Mileage plus ? If so you just made my day. 

I have 250 K MR and UA is better for me now than Delta

If the OP is using UCC then he's good in the 1.5 UA per $1 spent, but I don't get how he's doing over $1mm a year on that card unless he keeps paying down the balance at least several times a month.

The CL doesn't matter that much if its a revolving line.

I know some cards - from both Citi and Chase - with lines as low as 10k that were allowed to go close to 100k, month after month
