I would tell anybody to rent I was scared to rent the first few months I was there but once you get used to watching where your going and not relying on the gps ull be fine especially if you have a wife :-)
I had some crazy stories but only because we didn't pay attention and once we were in arabvill we wanted to have fun!... Which we did!!
But seriously its not a big deal to use common sense and watch where u go
