Kosher Food on TAP Portugal

I have a confirmed Kosher meal on TAP from Portugal to EWR. Anyone know where hechsher is from and if reliable? Thanks

I had food. One flight they opened it and heated it.

Another one was Pesach food that wasn't edible.

For the first, did you see who catered the food? Did it look edible?

None looked edible. Worst airline food I've seen.

Any recommendation on which lady to use ?
(And for what- dairy , meat, or vegetarian)
From what it sounds like here on ddf, it's hard to find good eatable food there ...
