Delta AMEX 70k + $100

Needs 5k spend in 6 months.
Appears to be shown to some ppl when they go through the process of buying a ticket at Delta.

Im no expert in either credit cards or programming, but is it "illegal" to alter URLs (which is required to make yourself targeted)?

a URL is just a web address i can type anything i want into the address bar at the top of my web browser

Except for the fact that its altering the product that the company wants you to receive- in this case the extra 40k miles which was a targeted offer to someone else.
