I just saw this on Hetz's site. Looks like they are coping Enterprise

Hertz $14.99 weekend rates

For participating airport and non-airport locations in the U.S. (not including NY Metro and HI), Canada, Puerto Rico and Mexico, you can get a car rental for $14.99 per day (for Economy and Compact cars)
Valid for Thursday (noon) through Monday (noon) rentals
Unlimited miles
Valid through January 31, 2013

This had been around for along time the current promo started at least 3 Weeks ago
Last time the had this (before the summer) it was combinable with a $10 off a day PC plus USAA for a total of $3 a day but I haven't gotten that to work yet this time around-was anybody else able to
