United is ranked the 10 and Virgin America is rated the 1st!

Ironically, VX is in bad shape financially.

No. 18 EL AL Israel Airlines

El AL beat out United!!

I am guessing it is because of the flight attendants lol

Once you know how to deal with them United is really fun

I thought this merger with Continental was supposed to make United a better Airline.
Continental was so much better then United. Employees, Service and the best was Customer Care.

Conventional wisdom is quite the opposite. Anyway, better means more profitable. Nobody cares what the passenger experience is

Conventional wisdom is quite the opposite.
Only b/c UA had more way more FF'ers thus have a bigger presence on the merged FT forum.
The old CO forum was great, now it's a bunch of whiners who won't acknowledge anything that CO did to improve MileagePlus, and it's quite a lot.

When I flew UA in the past it was with surly FAs and really beat up planes.  Never had a very good experience.  As a combined airline they brought together a lot of bad elements but many good ones as well.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.
