Delta upgrade

Hi can anyone help me out, i have tickets on november going from jfk-tlv on delta, i currently have an economy ticket and would like to upgrade to buisness, would anyone be able to help me out or advise how the best way would be to do it

Nope. You need to have a Y, B, or M ticket to upgrade.

PUTPAC, or check online.

Though if you paid a sane quantity of dollars for your ticket (i.e. less than 2 grand), its highly unlikely to be upgradeable.
