Top credit card offers that require minimal/zero spend

I've been helping my grandparents apply for credit cards but it's starting to overwhelm them having to switch cards all the time. I'd do the spending for 'em but they don't want that either.

What are the best cards that don't require more than $750 spend?

I'm thinking of doing Hyatt and PC for their next apps.
