I tried it and a co-worker of mine tried it and it worked for both of us. Nothing is guaranteed with supplements though so it may not have an effect for you.

Loaded with stuff like Guarana that have heavy caffeine, which actually dehydrates you.
Probably would be better off with just a sugar pill actually for the placebo effect...

Took it a few years ago, never again! I got so Dehydrated I couldn't daven ne'ila properly, by the end I threw up twice.

It very well could be physiological but they helped me a lot last year. I usually get crazy headaches that knock me out. when I took the Kali tzom my headache wasn't close to as bad as normal. So either way I think there worth the price.
