Finally made it to the queens location with paper in hand. At first they tried to brush me away saying the promo has expired and this location no longer participates. Then guy took me to side and asked if I want to buy a car or just want the certificate. He then agreed to fill in the paper work for the certificate.

I went a few weeks ago with my wife. We had both registered and done two test drives.
Strange thing is I got the 100, she didnt.

I still haven't gone, they dont answer my calls and emails, and I dont wanna make a chillul hashem

you could go to the brooklyn branch. they were very nice when i went, i never got the card though!!

They also didn't reply to my emails but I did call and say I want to come in for a test drive. They said sure, come in; and it didn't seem an appointment was required at all.
When they tried to brush me off that it expired etc. I asked to speak to Sue as she is who sent me the original email. The guy then took care of it.
I think just show up at the dealership.

I think its still worth to go in and try!
Had I had asked today before I went in (to the queens location) they probably would have told me they don't do it anymore and don't bother coming. But once there, it's harder for them to turn you down.

I spoke to someone on the phone who works for the company sending out the $100 gift cards. She said that she sent some of them out already and another batch is being sent out today
