Is there a way to change names on United paid tickets after 24 hours?  Bought through Price-line.

No.  A correction can be done, but not a name change.

Don't think you can. Why though?

Have 30k pqm in 2019, but do not have status because I only have $2200 PQDs in 2019.
Does anyone know if purchasing an economy plus subscription counts towards PQD? (if I buy it today, will that get me to 3k for 2019) Also, can I split the payment for the subscription with a few Amex cards?

Does my activity in 2019 count towards achieving status is 2020 or is the new year a new start?

Booked a TLV-ZFV RT. Only needed the first leg. Was just chatting with an agent who says if I switch the return from EWR-ZRH-TLV, the fee will be 75 but I'll get a 160 dollar voucher for difference in fare. Make sense? Worth it even if I don't plan on flying the return?

vouchers are valid for 12 months. If you plan on flying United for paid fare within the next 12 mo, it may be worth it.
