US Airway Off Peak Rewards

US Airway has their off-peak rewards from the US to Europe for 35k coach, 60k biz/first from mid-Jan till the end of Feb.
Would it be possible to use this to book to Ist round trip (using the *A) and then book sep to arrive in TLV?
If so, seems like a great deal, especially to fly premium.

FYI, I'm seeing very good availability in coach from Philly to London/Paris/Madrid for January/February.

Off peak rates only apply to US metal, not to *A awards.  So IST wouldn't work, but LHR/CDG/MAD could.

Dont forget, since you have to be flying US metal, if you have as US Mastercard, its 5K less miles per ticket
